Part of the reason I began my investigation, and fascination, of Bourne Castle has been because of the questions raised over the past 50 years or so, since the 1970's.

​

I have fully researched all the available information, and I am still discovering more about the castle as I write this, which means, please do return to this site as it will be constantly updated.

What I have discovered during my investigation is that some of the evidence, or written publication of previous castle enthusiasts, can at first seem contradictory, or confusing.

​

It has been a 'labour of love' to unravel the puzzle of Bourne Castle to tell its complete story from beginning to end.

Therefore, I have made these archives accessible because I wanted to show you ALL the castle information which I have accumulated over the years.
